Homemade Mouth Rinse Recipe

If food tastes funny, or even bad, you may want to refresh your mouth with a mouth rinse several times a day. Some commercial mouth rinses contain alcohol which can irritate your mouth.

Instead, try this easy-to-make mouth rinse. Use it 3- 5 times a day to help keep your mouth tasting and feeling fresh.

Mix fresh daily:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Swish and spit before and after meals as needed; do not swallow.
